Alan is the CO-founder of Alan Strudwick Ministries, a Ministry dedicated to equipping and empowering the Body of Christ, both nationally and internationally.
Alan's strategic and prophetic gifting is used primarily to guide churches through to the realisation and fulfilment of the church's vision.
This is achieved through:
- Prophetic Strategies
- Alignment of a congregation to the vision God has for the church
- Future development planning processes
- Cultural changes
- Structural changes
- Leadership development and empowerment
- Succession planning
His leadership gift is utilised to help guide Senior Ministers, Pastors, Leaders, staff and congregation towards God's identified Purpose, both as individuals and within the church body.
Alan's leadership skills have also been used to empower and train leaders ranging from youth, young adults, pastoral teams, senior leaders and men's ministry.
His corporate experience enables him to equip business men and women in the Body of Christ to be released and empowered for their call into the market place.
